We are urgently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join The Active Solutions.The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and source suitable candidates</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical assessments</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances</li><li>Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed</li><li>Assist with attendance and leave management, as well as salary processing</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the tech industry (software house)</li><li>Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul>Shifts: 2:00 PM &ndash; 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM &ndash; 11:00 PMLocation: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 14Salary: Market competitiveShare your resume at: careers@theactivesolutions.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
