Job Title: Import/Export ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced hands-on Manager to own our international logistics process. You will be the &quot;go-to&quot; person for getting our products from Point A to Point B. We need a problem solver who can navigate customs hurdles, negotiate better shipping rates, and ensure our inventory arrives on time and within budget.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle (PO issuance to final delivery).</li><li>Coordinate directly with freight forwarders to book sea/air shipments.</li><li>Review and approve import/export documentation to prevent customs hold-ups.</li><li>Track shipments daily and update sales/inventory teams on delays.</li><li>Audit freight invoices to ensure billing accuracy.</li><li>Research and assign correct HS Codes to new products.</li></ul>Must-Haves:<ul><li>5+ years of direct experience in freight forwarding or corporate import/export.</li><li>Solid knowledge of customs clearance processes and Incoterms.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills (dealing with shipping lines and agents).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.</li><li>High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) for tracking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,684.52 - ₹33,919.55 per monthWork Location: In person
