The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and turn ad spends into measurable growth.Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta &amp; Google platforms</li><li>Drive real revenue growth for clients, not just clicks</li><li>Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI</li><li>Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights</li><li>Experiment with creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve performance</li><li>Stay updated on latest trends and tools in performance marketing</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in performance marketing / paid ads</li><li>Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools</li><li>Highly data-driven with expertise in campaign tracking &amp; reporting</li><li>Strong focus on ROI, conversions, and measurable results</li><li>Ability to scale campaigns and deliver consistent growth</li><li>A mindset that values smart marketing over big budgets</li></ul>This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
