The Alphabet Shop Inc. is looking for a Designer capable of creating 2D renderings of various exterior and interior building signage. The position requires a vast amount of technical and detailed design work providing clients with signage proofs that will be signed off on approval of artwork and overall production/installation. Designers are encouraged to collaborate with the rest of the team, such as salesmen, designers, and production workers to communicate, learn, and continue improving the process of signage planning and production. The designer should be responsible of managing and organizing their own time and be able to handle multiple projects at once, meeting job deadlines. Have a skilled knowledge in 2D form, typography, color theory, photography/photo editing, and a basic understanding in printing. The position includes handling and understanding of different material used to create signage. Designers will be expected to assist salesmen in researching and proposing ideas for rendering designs.- Designer must be able to create detailed renderings of exterior and interior signage for various clients. - Designer should have extensive knowledge of Adobe Software. Primarily Illustrator and Photoshop, InDesign will be used occasionally. - Should be able to communicate with the team and clients to achieve exact results on design and throughout the production process. - Open minded individual willing to learn different jobs/tasks outside of graphic design.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Signage: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
