Position Overview</div><div>
This position is responsible for managing all facets of procurement, ensuring material availability to support all areas of an Ethanol production facility.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Purchases complex/critical goods and materials.</div></li><li><div>
Issues PO&rsquo;s, manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns or quality problems with suppliers.</div></li><li><div>
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure availability of products; proactively find solutions, resources for supply shortages and communicate effectively to teams.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for exploring new products, materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Establish procedures and maintains inventory levels.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with other plant procurement departments to optimize inventory levels to manage working capital.</div></li><li><div>
Plant resource to provide training and support to department personnel on company purchasing policies, procedures, and systems.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Minimum Qualifications &amp; Skills</div><ul><li><div>
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate&rsquo;s Degree preferred</div></li><li><div>
5+ years&rsquo; relevant experience required</div></li><li><div>
Inventory and warehousing management experience preferred</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Physical Requirements and Working Environment</div><ul><li><div>
Work is performed in a 24x7 Ethanol production facility.</div></li><li><div>
This position involves frequent exposure to adverse weather conditions, dust, fumes, and noise.</div></li><li><div>
Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently; some work performed in heights.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
