 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Arbor Terrace Crabapple, a renowned assisted living and memory care community, seeks a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse to join our care team! As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate the activities of Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs), nurses, and other staff members to ensure optimal care delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in daily clinical standup meetings and provide clinical oversight as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve orders in QuickMar, completing quarterly self-med assessments, and ensuring timely medication administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and prioritize care tasks, including med administration, vital signs, and resident needs assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans, as well as provide onboarding for new staff members
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Currently licensed LVN/LPN or RN (in good standing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and experience with care planning and coordination
 
 
 
 </li>
