This position plays a key leadership role in shaping how our mission, programs, and impact are communicated to the community, donors, families, partners, employees, and stakeholders we serve.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on &mdash; someone who can develop long-term communication initiatives while also creating compelling content, building relationships, supporting fundraising efforts, and telling meaningful stories with professionalism, authenticity, and heart.What You&rsquo;ll DoLead Strategic Communications &amp; Brand Presence<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen public awareness, community engagement, recruitment efforts, and donor support.</li><li>Help shape and maintain the agency&rsquo;s public voice, messaging, and brand identity across all communication channels.</li><li>Ensure communications consistently reflect the organization&rsquo;s mission, values, and commitment to dignity and inclusion.</li></ul>Tell Meaningful Stories<ul><li>Create compelling written and visual content that highlights the experiences, successes, and impact of the individuals and programs we support.</li><li>Write and oversee newsletters, website content, annual reports, press releases, donor communications, social media content, blogs, and marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure storytelling is person-centered, respectful, ethical, and authentic.</li></ul>Manage Digital &amp; Social Media Engagement<ul><li>Oversee the agency website and ensure content remains current, engaging, and accessible.</li><li>Develop and manage social media strategy and content across multiple platforms.</li><li>Monitor engagement analytics and identify opportunities to increase visibility, community reach, and audience engagement.</li></ul>Support Fundraising &amp;
