 We want to hear from you if you have:</p><ul><li>
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);</li><li>
Ability to pass criminal background check</li><li>
Ability to pass required trainings</li><li>
A Valid driver&rsquo;s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation;</li><li>
A High school diploma or GED;</li><li>
Flexibility, positive attitude,</li></ul><p>
Working Conditions</p><ul><li>
Work in residential group homes, day programs, and in the community</li><li>
Transport individuals using agency provided van</li><li>
