<div>SUMMARY:

The Staff Accountant will use business and accounting skills to maintain and evaluate operational data. Additionally, they will be responsible for agency-level accounting functions, including, but not limited to general accounting, payables &amp; receivables, financial reporting, spend analysis, material &amp; labor variance analysis, billing &amp; invoicing, and forecasting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Financial responsibilities include General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Invoicing, Revenue Distribution, and Financial Reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure all defined work is performed within the timeframes allotted for each functional financial process.</li>
<li>Ensure all billing functions including invoicing, revenue distribution, and rating are completed in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial policies, practices, procedures, and initiatives at the Plant level.</li>
<li>Manage all accounting, bookkeeping, and financial matters.</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned by the manager.</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).</li>
</ul>
