As a Retail Furniture Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in offering personalized design solutions while delivering outstanding service. You&rsquo;ll work closely with clients to transform their visions into reality, helping them find the perfect pieces that fit their home&rsquo;s aesthetic. You will also collaborate with our team to uphold the high standards and quality that The Arrangement is known for.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Provide Luxury Service: Create an elevated, personalized experience for clients through expert product knowledge and tailored design solutions.</li><li>
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clientele, qualifying their needs and offering bespoke design recommendations.</li><li>
Design Expertise: Educate clients on design principles and the craftsmanship behind our unique Rustic Modern furniture, ensuring each client feels informed and valued.</li><li>
Order Management: Own all phases of the client experience, from initial consultation to order processing and delivery, ensuring a seamless journey.</li><li>
Achieve Sales Goals: Drive sales through strong client relationships, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.</li><li>
Showroom Presentation: Maintain a beautifully organized showroom that reflects our brand&rsquo;s luxurious aesthetic and design philosophy.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design team to ensure clients&rsquo; design needs are met, collaborating on large-scale projects and custom solutions.</li></ul>
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Experience in high-end retail, luxury furniture, or a design-related field preferred (Interior Design, Architecture, or Art).</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage clients and maintain long-term connections.</li><li>
Ability to think strategically and act with mental agility in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MacOS, and Google Suite; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of the luxury furniture industry is preferred.</li></ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Ability to lift and move small to medium items up to 25 lbs. safely.</li><li>
Must be able to stand for long periods, as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel, and climb as necessary.</li><li>
Licensed to drive required, with the ability to travel locally or out of state as required.</li></ul>
