Job Title-Project ManagerJob Location-MohaliJob Level-SeniorExperience Range-Overall 8+ Years &amp; minimum 4 years in project managementJob OverviewThe ArtLogic team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate our design &amp; development projects from concept to delivery. You will be serving as bridge between creative vision and delivery. Managing timelines, monitor resources, and coordinate teams to ensure smooth execution of branding, design, web, and content projects delivery will be the key. You would be responsible for managing P&amp;L for all the allocated projects.This role requires a personality who can thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Initiating &amp; owning the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables across design, development, and content teams</li><li>Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks</li><li>Gather requirements, set clear expectations for clients &amp; internal teams, share updates, and manage approvals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables</li><li>Oversee internal workflows: Schedule and assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure effective hand-offs between teams</li><li>Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (if needed) to ensure flawless execution</li><li>Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews to keep teams aligned and accountable</li><li>Track project performance and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools while maintaining delivery commitments</li><li>Support quality assurance: Ensure deliverables meet defined scope, standards, and branding requirements.</li><li>Share regular reports for the management&rsquo;s review on project progress</li><li>Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan</li><li>Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality</li><li>Lead post-project evaluations to identify learnings and process improvements</li></ul>Requirements and Skills<ul><li>Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in services/product setup preferably from creative, digital, or marketing agency environment</li><li>Proven working experience as a project adminstrator &amp; co-ordinator in the Development &amp; design projects</li><li>Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines</li><li>Strong understanding of cross-functional workflows (design, development, SEO/content).</li><li>Proficiency in project management and communication tools: Click Up,MIRO, Superworks, Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Solid organisational skills including time management and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience working with global clients</li></ul>Preferred skills and qualifications<ul><li>Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2</li><li>Experience in developing platforms for internal processes</li><li>Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
