Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content creation techniques.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for better visibility.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening practices.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media posts.</li><li>Engage in relationship management by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.</li><li>Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with brand standards.</li><li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Knowledge of public relations principles and branding strategies.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce marketing and understanding of how it integrates with social media efforts.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing techniques for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management and customer engagement.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A keen eye for detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content delivery.
