Join Our Marketing Team at TASI 

We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across retail and e-commerce channels. This is a full-time, hybrid role (remote + on-site in Kapolei) with opportunities to make a big impact on brand storytelling and campaign performance. We are offering $58-65k salary with full benefits that include: medical coverage, 401k, paid time off (12-20 days based on tenure), and employee discount (25% across all sister brands). 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own the marketing calendar and launch multi-channel campaigns (retail, e-commerce, email, social, in-store).</li>
<li>Develop and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion, and revenue; report insights to leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Store Ops, Production, and Brand teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging.</li>
<li>Lead content direction (copy and visuals) and manage internal/external contributors.</li>
<li>Manage email programs (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), A/B testing, and automated flows.</li>
<li>Establish repeatable processes and documentation for campaign execution.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in marketing (retail/e-commerce preferred).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable with data tracking and reporting.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.</li>
<li>Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and campaign optimization.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Graphic design experience.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Shopify and paid advertising platforms.</li>
<li>Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.</li></ul>
