Job Duties Include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.</li>
<li>Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document accordingly.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding medication administration.</li>
<li>Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.</li>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.</li>
<li>Assist in the coordination of medical appointments and transportation as needed.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their well-being.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and enhance skills.</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights at all times.</li>
<li>Must pass an FBI and DOJ background check.</li>

<li>Support meals, mobility, and daily routines</li>

<ul><li>Administer medications as directed</li>
<li>Monitor residents and report any changes</li>
<li>Maintain accurate medication records</li>

<li>Med Tech certification (for Med Tech role or willingness to obtain if applicable)</li>
