This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment workflow.Responsibilities Will Include:Position Description (PD) Design and Approval:<ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to design and update comprehensive and consistent position descriptions.</li><li>Manage the approval workflow for position descriptions across teams.</li></ul>Job Posting and Management:<ul><li>Create, post, and manage job listings on various job boards and internal platforms.</li><li>Ensure job postings align with company branding and compliance standards.</li></ul>HiBob Hiring Technology Management:<ul><li>Administer and maintain the Bob Hiring applicant tracking system to support hiring processes.</li><li>Provide training and support to hiring managers and other partners on system usage.</li></ul>Interview Scheduling:<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring clear communication with candidates and interviewers.</li><li>Manage logistics for in-person and virtual interviews, including technology setup and meeting invites.</li></ul>Applicant Tracking and Notification:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.</li></ul>Past Candidate Library Management:<ul><li>Organize and maintain a database of past candidates for future hiring needs.</li><li>Implement strategies for talent pipelining and proactive candidate engagement.</li></ul>Onboarding Coordination:<ul><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to schedule onboarding sessions and provide other necessary orientation information to hires.</li><li>Manage documentation and compliance requirements for new employees</li></ul>Reference and Background Checks:<ul><li>Perform reference checks for all candidates.</li><li>Manage and coordinate background check processes for all new hires to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Liaise with third-party vendors to conduct background screenings and verify candidate information.</li></ul>Hiring Process Compliance and Development:<ul><li>Develop and implement structured interview processes and standardized hiring guidelines across all teams.</li><li>Ensure hiring managers complete candidate scorecards and adhere to structured interview processes.</li><li>Promote consistent and fair hiring practices in alignment with company policies and employment laws.</li></ul>Sourcing and Recruitment Partnerships:<ul><li>Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill positions using various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.</li><li>Manage relationships with external recruiting firms and agencies to support hiring efforts for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.</li></ul>Recruitment Tools Management and Strategy:<ul><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).</li><li>Continuously evaluate and advise on the best recruitment systems and tools to attract and engage top talent.</li><li>Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.</li><li>May perform other special projects and duties according to business needs.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.</li><li>Strong familiarity with employment laws and fair hiring practices.</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring technologies.</li><li>Ability to take evening or morning calls to coordinate with overseas offices and Washington, DC, USA &ndash; based staff, as needed.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience with the HiBob HRIS system.</li></ul>We value professionals who are proactive in exploring new ways to work smarter. Familiarity with generative AI platforms or a growth mindset toward emerging technologies is a plus.Remuneration will depend upon the candidate&rsquo;s experience levels and in accordance with the overall TAG-India salary structure. TAG provides competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, as well as training opportunities for its employees.Candidates must be eligible to work in India.
