<div>We are seeking a Full-Time Adult-Focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team!
To be considered, you&rsquo;ll need to currently hold &mdash; or have previously held &mdash; a valid Washington State SLP license. If you also have a Colorado State SLP license, that&rsquo;s a plus (but not required). We&rsquo;re ideally looking for someone who can start within two weeks of accepting an offer.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Begin with a full time schedule of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours, depending on your preferences.</li><li>
Provide individualized therapy to primarily adults with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.</li><li>
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree in Speech Pathology.</li><li>
Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.</li><li>
Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License.</li><li>
BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of clinical experience.</li><li>
Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.</li><li>
Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) (Vital stim/amp care)</li><li>
Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.</li><li>
Experience across a diverse range of clinical presentations.</li><li>
Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, or board certifications in neurogenic communication disorders, voice, or swallowing.</li></ul>
