Job Summary:</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated <b>Detailing Technician</b> to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality detailing services, maintaining shop standards, and ensuring every customer leaves impressed. Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform interior and exterior detailing at a professional level.</li><li>
Wash, decontaminate, and prep vehicles for polishing or coatings.</li><li>
Conduct single-stage or multi-stage paint correction (based on skill level).</li><li>
Apply ceramic coatings, waxes, sealants, and dressings.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized shop environment.</li><li>
Follow established SOPs for services, paperwork, reports, and quality checks.</li><li>
Document before/after photos and videos for quality assurance.</li><li>
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.</li><li>
Respect and operate equipment properly (buffers, vacuums, extractors, etc.).</li><li>
Represent The Auto Spa with professionalism and attention to detail.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience in auto detailing (6+ months preferred, but willing to train the right person).</li><li>
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Ability to lift 40+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.</li><li>
Punctual, dependable, and positive attitude.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with detailing &amp; paint correcting.</li><li>
Experience applying ceramic coatings.</li><li>
Knowledge of premium detailing products and tools.</li><li>
Content creation skills (photo/video) for social media is a bonus.</li><li>
Customer service experience.</li></ul><div><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b></div><ul><li><b>
$14 &ndash; $20/hr</b> based on experience.</li><li>
