From artist bookings and event curation to professional sound and stage setups &mdash; we make live music sound great and feel even better.Role OverviewThe Sales &amp; Marketing Assistant will support the business development and marketing teams in driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who&rsquo;s energetic, organized, and passionate about the live music and events industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support<ul><li>Assist in identifying and following up on leads for venues, corporate events, and private gigs.</li><li>Prepare client proposals, quotations, and contracts.</li><li>Maintain updated databases of clients, leads, and partner contacts.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of bookings and projects.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.</li><li>Create and schedule social media content to promote artists, events, and services.</li><li>Help design promotional materials and pitch decks.</li><li>Track marketing performance metrics and audience engagement.</li></ul>Client &amp; Event Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with clients, venues, and artists to ensure seamless communication.</li><li>Provide on-ground or remote support during events and live performances.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service delivery.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Insights<ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and marketing outcomes.</li><li>Research competitors, trends, and new opportunities within the live music and events space.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination (music/entertainment industry preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management and basic marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business, Google Workspace).</li><li>Organized, proactive, and passionate about live music and events.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A creative and music-driven work culture.</li><li>Exposure to live events, artist management, and sound production.</li><li>Opportunities to grow and take on larger marketing and client management roles.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and networking opportunities within the industry.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 54 per weekWork Location: In person
