The Bay Bar and Grille

 The Bay Bar and Grille has reopened after an extensive remodel and we're looking for more servers to join our already stellar team. We&rsquo;re looking for enthusiastic, friendly servers to help us welcome back the community and deliver memorable dining experiences.
 
 
 We&rsquo;re open daily for lunch and dinner, so we&rsquo;re looking for both day and evening staff. While restaurant experience is preferred, we&rsquo;re happy to train the right candidates. We offer full-time and part-time positions, and all team members
 
 MUST
 
 be available for at least one weekend shift. We&rsquo;re flexible and can accommodate many school schedules. Part-timers must work an average of three days per week.

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Anticipate customer needs and provide consistent, efficient service
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer questions about the menu and preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate orders to the kitchen and bar staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Use computerized point of sale system effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Cash, check, credit, and debit card handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Liquor, beer, and wine handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively and respectively communicate with all staff, management, and customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-bus/bus tables while ensuring section is clean and stocked
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily side work and cleaning duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties/tasks as necessary or provided by management
 </li>
 <li>
 All serving staff is trained on host, busser, and expo
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be 18+ years old
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a server is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Food Handler's certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Montana Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Friendly and outgoing personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to memorize relevant menu and service information
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to regularly lift 5-10
 </li>
 <li>
 Available weekends
