PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
</h4><ul><li>Care for children ages six months through twelve years</li>
<li>Provide a safe, clean environment including sanitizing toys and play areas, check and change diapers, pick up toys, and wipe down tables and counters</li>
<li>Ensure the entire childcare space is supervised and that every zone with a child is staffed</li>
<li>Ensure that all items on the opening and closing operations checklists are completed</li>
<li>Greet parents and children with a smile; invite children to join activities</li>
<li>Ensure interaction with children at all times; ensure that all children are engaged with a special focus on older, shy and/or bored children; comfort and assist crying children</li>
<li>Organize and implement age-appropriate activities such as craft time and story time</li>
<li>Ensure children are treated with responsive respectfulness, i.e. coached vs. scolded; discuss behavior tactfully and out of range of child's hearing</li>
<li>Be present on the floor and offer assistance as necessary</li>
<li>Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate

Family Programming Associate

<div>OVERVIEW

The Bay Club is seeking a Regional Social Media Content Creator to bring our brand to life at the local level through compelling, high-performing content across organic and paid social channels.

This role is built for a creator + editor that understands how to create scroll-stopping assets that drive engagement, community and performance.

You will serve as the storyteller of your region, producing content that reflects the unique energy of each club while staying aligned with Bay Club's broader brand vision and style guide

This is a part-time freelance role (~20 hours/week) with travel required across clubs in your assigned region.

Type: Freelance/Contract; 6 months with an option to extend

Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week

Rate: $80/hour

Location: Regional, Los Angeles, CA. Must reside within assigned market.
Travel: Required within regional Bay Club Properties, up to an 80-mile radius, with possible travel to San Diego region as needed.
Equipment: Must have access to a smart phone and/or camera for high-quality content capture

On-Site Content Capture

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
</h4><ul><li>Care for children ages six months through twelve years</li>
<li>Provide a safe, clean environment including sanitizing toys and play areas, check and change diapers, pick up toys, and wipe down tables and counters</li>
<li>Ensure the entire childcare space is supervised and that every zone with a child is staffed</li>
<li>Ensure that all items on the opening and closing operations checklists are completed</li>
<li>Greet parents and children with a smile; invite children to join activities</li>
<li>Ensure interaction with children at all times; ensure that all children are engaged with a special focus on older, shy and/or bored children; comfort and assist crying children</li>
<li>Organize and implement age-appropriate activities such as craft time and story time</li>
<li>Ensure children are treated with responsive respectfulness, i.e. coached vs. scolded; discuss behavior tactfully and out of range of child's hearing</li>
<li>Be present on the floor and offer assistance as necessary</li>
<li>Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
</li><li>Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training</li>
<li>Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response</li>

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE &amp; EDUCATION

<li>Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

<li>Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Club.</li>
<li>Check members in by verifying their membership.</li>
<li>Ensure all guests to the Club fully complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay any applicable Guest fees.</li>
<li>Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests.</li>
<li>Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and Associates with a goal of retaining guests for repeat business.</li>
<li>Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
</li><li>Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information.
</li></ul>Reception Desk Oversight (if applicable)

<li>Operate cash register.</li>
<li>Process payments.</li>
<li>Manage/handle cash and balance cash drawer each shift.</li>

Caf&eacute; Oversight (if applicable)

<li>Create and serve food and beverage items.</li>

<li>Caf&eacute; opening and/or closing duties, as required.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to State and Local food safety standards.</li>
<li>State Food Handler Certification</li>
<li>Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) state certification (if serving alcohol)</li>

Pool Deck Oversight (if applicable)
<ul>
<li>Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Pool Area.</li>
<li>Act as a Host in the designated area or event space</li>
<li>Work with the F&amp;B team to offer food and drinks from designated food outlets: (act as server, place orders, delivery refreshments, ring in tickets on register, provide support to kitchen, set up and breakdown of event space, clean-up)</li>
<li>Offer seating, make members/guests comfortable and provide a tour of pool deck amenities.</li>
<li>Communicate and book appointments for programs and events.</li>
<li>Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities updates.</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining refreshment stations: Refill water, stock supplies and keep area clean.</li>
<li>Provide towels as needed, assist with towel operation.</li>
</ul>
Parking Garage Oversight (if applicable)
<ul>
<li>Warmly greeting each member with a smile.</li>
<li>Check members and guests in by verifying their membership.</li>
<li>When necessary, audit cars parked in garage.
</li><li>Perform any opening and/or closing duties, as required.</li>
</ul>
Cleanliness
<ul>
<li>Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels throughout the Club (primarily focused on Sports Desk, Locker Rooms, Lobby, Fitness Areas, Pool Deck, and surrounding areas)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance responsibility such as re-stocking towel shelves, empty and wipe down trash cans, disinfect and clean toilets and showers, clean vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuum carpets, mop floors regularly, and dry mop wet areas.</li>
<li>Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe work environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist with laundry functions that include collecting, washing, drying, and folding towels.
</li></ul>Communication and Relationships
<ul>
<li>Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Active participation in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings.</li>
</ul>
