Job Title: HR RecruiterDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: HR HeadKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify current and future hiring needs in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.).</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates&rsquo; suitability.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.</li><li>Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives and organize recruitment drives or campus placements</li></ul><ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (0-6 months) as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li><li>High attention to detail and professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).</li><li>Experience in Sales hiring is preferred</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in bulk or campus recruitment.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.</li><li>Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry (if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Title: Accounts AssociateDepartment: Finance &amp; Accounts Reports To: Finance HeadJob Summary:The Accounts Associate is responsible for supporting the finance team in managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, vouchers).</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Prepare and process bank reconciliations and petty cash statements.</li><li>Support payroll processing and related documentation.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and documents.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and financial queries.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
