<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>We are a multi-campus cosmetology school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (remote position). You&rsquo;ll be responsible for lead generation and branding.</div>

</div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee lead generation across social media, company websites, and other advertisement platforms</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), Social Media, and CRM</li>
<li>Meet goals for leads, with weekly reporting on performance metrics</li>
<li>Help identify, select and manage marketing agencies/vendors to ensure implementation and performance</li>
<li>Monitor reviews/comments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms</li>
<li>Generate ideas for marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Manage our CRM (Velocify)</li>
<li>Manage budgets for marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Direct Social Media strategies</li>
<li>Help Build and Maintain Websites as needed</li>
<li>Assist with various projects</li>
</ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>Qualifications
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience</li>
<li>Analytical and detailed oriented</li>
<li>Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and come up with solutions</li>
<li>Enthusiasm and persistence: exhibit passion and energy and has a can-do attitude. Follow through on tasks and goals</li>
<li>Strong computer, reporting, and communication skills</li></ul></div>
