<div>We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our School Associate Director position!
Responsibilities Include:
<ul><li>Overseeing daily operations and school activities of school personnel in admissions, education, student services, front desk and administration.</li>
<li>Providing leadership through strong team structure and communication</li>
<li>Ensure that the education curriculum is implemented consistently</li>
<li>Maintaining and improving student attendance and retention</li>
<li>Motivating team members through recognition and career development</li>
<li>Achieving school goals and establishing specific targets for budgeted student starts and placements</li>
<li>Reporting to the corporate office weekly on all school activity</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 3 years of related experience</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management</li>
<li>Ability to train and motivate team members with respect, recognition and appreciation</li>
<li>Willing to learn and exemplify The Beauty Institute culture, mission and vision</li>
<li>Be a team player with a positive attitude</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Previous school experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
