<p>Administrative Assistant - with Tadbeer experience</p><ul><li>Carrying administrative and secretarial duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.</li><li>Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.</li><li>Prepares and updates reports related to Domestic Workers.</li><li>Taking notes and minutes in meetings if required.</li><li>Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers in relation to Domestic Workers.</li><li>Maintain and update ERP systems related to Domestic Workers to make them more efficient.</li><li>Receiving, sorting and preparing contracts for all domestic workers.</li><li>Photocopying, printing and scanning out contracts and documents related to domestic workers</li><li>Taking attendance for all domestic workers.</li><li>Point of contact of all domestic workers for any office support.</li><li>Provide support to all domestic workers in relation to problems related to domestic abuse, complaints and grievances.</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
