Description of Duties: <ul><li>Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects</li></ul><ul><li>Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts which can include large amounts of text</li></ul><ul><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain the company website with monthly, weekly, and possibly daily changes/updates</li></ul><ul><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Work Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Junior Graphic Designer or in a similar role</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout design</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul><ul><li>Extreme attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><ul><li>WordPress knowledge a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Must submit your portfolio showcasing a range of design projects</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule.</li></ul>
