Job Requirements

<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written</li>
<li>Ability to work every other weekend</li>
</ul>
Job Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Initiate the medical record for all new resident admissions in accordance with the current state, federal and local guidelines and uploading the documents into our electronic documentation systems</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling in-house/outside medical appointments</li>
<li>Assist with the scheduling and tracking of monthly staff trainings</li>
<li>Participate in CPR/First Aid Instructor training and provide CPR/First Aid trainings as needed for staff</li>
<li>Assist with interviewing and onboarding of staff</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Must have a high school diploma and be at least 21 years of age with at least two years’ experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting.</li>
<li>Certificates/ Licenses: Current Driver’s License, C.N.A. or Medication Technician preferred. CPR and First Aid preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computer systems to include Word and Excel.</li>
</ul>

<li>Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.</li>
<li>Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>
<li>Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.</li>
<li>Med Tech Certification or License depending on your state requirement.</li>
<li>Some supervisory experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
