Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Complete the PLACE Launch program
</li><li>Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
</li><li>Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
</li><li>Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
</li><li>Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
</li><li>Host a minimum of two open houses each month
</li><li>Consult with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
