We have music every night, Tuesday-Sunday. We are located in downtown Durham across from the Historic Durham Athletic Park.We are looking for a Host/ Runner to join our team. This is an hourly position plus commission plus tips. Flexable schedule, nights and weekends required. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly. The Host/Runnerwill be responsible for:Greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, handling To Go orders, assist with running food, music event ticket sales. Providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure guests are sat and served in a timely manner</li><li>Answer phone inquiries</li><li>Follow up on all catering calls</li><li>Selling tickets to music events</li><li>Taking tickets on show nights</li><li>Running food to the guests</li><li>Giving support to servers</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining host area/Zone</li><li>Additional duties as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $12.00 per hourExpected hours: 10.0 &ndash; 20.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of bartending experience and possess excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills and a love of live music. Experience in high volume environment with a good working knowledge of wine and spirits is helpful.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area</li><li>Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner</li><li>Make recommendations on drinks and menu items</li><li>Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Mix drinks and serve them to customers.</li><li>Deliver food to customers' tables.</li><li>Greet customers.</li><li>Prepare and stock bar.</li><li>Clean bar and other work areas.</li><li>Perform opening and closing duties.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
