 Growing US brand is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join their finance &amp; accounting team.
 
 
 
 
 
 The successful BI Analyst will bring a passion for data, a highly analytical mind, and excellent presentation skills to effectively influence decision making in a fast-paced, growth environment. A strong background in Power BI, SQL, data transformation, and business analytics is essential for success in this role.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Business Partnering with category managers and leadership to drive strategic analysis and decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing and synthesizing data
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement analytics strategies to meet annual company initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with IT to understand database structure and SQL table design
 </li>
 <li>
 Manipulate and transform data in Power Query Editor to increase report update speed/efficiency and enable automatic updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and improve existing analytics with Report Builder design and distribution scheduler
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business/Finance/Economics/Analytics/Statistics)
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years experience supporting business analysis for multi-site operational environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Power BI (building, maintaining, and managing reports &amp; dashboards)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in leveraging SQL to build reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Retail service/distribution industry experience preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Relocation assistance $$ is available
 </li>
