What you&rsquo;ll Brew
<ul><li>Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
</li><li>Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
</li><li>Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision-making.
</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
</li><li>Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.

</li></ul>What Ingredients You&rsquo;ll Bring
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
</li><li>Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

</li></ul>In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
