We&rsquo;re looking for a UGC &amp; Content Assistant to help elevate our content across social, YouTube, and e-commerce platforms.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s passionate about digital marketing, brings energy to the team, and isn&rsquo;t afraid of a &ldquo;get it done&rdquo; approach. We like to have a good time, move fast, and help each other grow. Oh &mdash; and you should be prepared to develop a surprising appreciation for boxes and cardboard pretty quickly.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovative ideas and can execute without waiting to be micromanaged.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Source, organize, and manage organic UGC (customer &amp; creator content)</li><li>Edit short-form videos for social, ads, and website use</li><li>Support long-form YouTube content (editing, clipping, thumbnails, packaging ideas)</li><li>Help take our YouTube presence to the next level by contributing ideas and executing on them</li><li>Assist with content for product pages (website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart)</li><li>Create simple graphics for social posts, thumbnails, and product visuals</li><li>Support marketing and e-commerce teams on launches and campaigns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with and curating UGC</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, AI tools, etc.)</li><li>Basic graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)</li><li>Understanding of short-form video and YouTube content strategy</li><li>Ability to take an idea and execute it without heavy direction</li><li>Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay)</li><li>A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus &mdash; but your portfolio matters more</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Creative thinker with attention to detail</li><li>Trend-aware - Urban Dictionary knowledge optional :)</li><li>Positive energy &mdash; we work hard but we stay happy</li></ul>Why The Boxery<ul><li>Your content actually gets used</li><li>Direct collaboration with leadership and the creative team</li><li>Real growth opportunity as our media presence expands</li><li>Fast-moving, supportive, creative environment</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about marketing, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
