Finch &amp; Fern + The Bradbury Bistro | Downtown AndersonWe are seeking someone who appreciates beauty, detail, and experience.This is not a typical retail or restaurant position&mdash;it&rsquo;s a blended role across two spaces rooted in design, hospitality, and curated living: Finch &amp; Fern, our home and interior design shop, and The Bradbury Bistro, our European-inspired caf&eacute; and wine bar.If you love interiors, antiques, coffee, wine, and creating meaningful experiences for others, this may be a natural fit.About the RoleThis position can be structured as part-time (Finch &amp; Fern) or full-time (a blended role between both locations).You will work closely alongside ownership, assisting with both the creative and operational sides of the business.What You&rsquo;ll DoAt Finch &amp; Fern:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing and researching antiques and unique design pieces</li><li>Assist in curating wine/coffee/charcuterie menus</li><li>Support auction pickups and buying opportunities</li><li>Clean, prep, style, and merchandise inventory</li><li>Price and present items thoughtfully within the store</li><li>Assist customers with purchases and sourcing pieces for their homes</li></ul>At The Bradbury Bistro:<ul><li>Support coffee and wine service with care and attention to detail</li><li>Help create a warm, welcoming guest experience</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful environment</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You have a natural eye for design, styling, and presentation</li><li>You enjoy working with your hands and bringing objects back to life</li><li>You are curious and enjoy researching items, history, and sourcing</li><li>You are polished, warm, and confident with customer interaction</li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced but thoughtful environment</li><li>You are dependable, self-motivated, and take initiative</li><li>Barista and Wine knowledge a plus</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 21 years or older</li><li>Weekend availability is mandatory</li><li>Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture and inventory</li><li>Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or design is a plus&mdash;but not required</li></ul>Why This Role is UniqueWith over 30 years of experience in antiques and interior design, ownership is deeply involved in the creative direction of both spaces.
