This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other platforms.</li><li>Manage budgets and bids across campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).</li><li>Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports and insights using tools</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful creatives aligned with campaign goals.</li><li>Coordinate with other marketing functions and Social Media Team, email marketing, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing or paid media roles.</li><li>Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools, Specifically E Commerce</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
