Our goal is to help every child reach their full potential and become a Little Sprout who is ready to bloom.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as Lead Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young children and have a strong understanding of early childhood development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance and support to students. We are looking for an individual who is patient, organized, and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create a safe and nurturing Play Learning environment for children.</li><li>Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and align with the school's curriculum.</li><li>Observe and assess student performance to ensure that all students are meeting their educational goals.</li><li>Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in preschool teaching and classroom management</li><li>Strong lesson planning and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles</li><li>Ability to create engaging and effective learning environments</li><li>Experience working with diverse student populations and special education needs</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Classroom management: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Lesson planning: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Security clearance:<ul><li>Confidential (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
