OverviewAt The Brandit Agency, we help national brands, small businesses, and franchise organizations bring their ideas to life through branded merchandise and e-stores. We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with others, and obsesses over details. You&rsquo;ll collaborate daily with account managers and production teams to deliver work that&rsquo;s both strategic and beautiful, ranging from mockups and pitch decks to brand assets and digital templates.What You&rsquo;ll Do- Design high-quality client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.- Create and refine brand assets, templates, and reusable design systems.- Develop cohesive visual concepts that align with client brand guidelines and objectives.- Build layouts and creative assets for eCommerce portals and digital experiences.- Translate creative direction into production-ready files for vendors and production requirements.- Work collaboratively with account teams to manage priorities and meet deadlines.- Maintain quality and brand consistency across multiple concurrent projects.What You Bring- 4&ndash;8 years of experience in graphic design (agency, marketing, or in-house preferred)- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)- Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for presentation design.- Experience with Webflow or other eCommerce/web design platforms a plus.- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate.Nice to Have- Experience in branded merchandise, apparel design, or print production.- Knowledge of pre-press and packaging requirements.- Animation or motion design skills (After Effects, etc.).How to ApplyApply via the respective job boardOrPlease send the following to both eric.taylor@teambrandit.com andmitchell.morrison@teambrandit.com:Your resume, A cover letter (brief, please), and a portfolio link showcasing your best design work.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
