 We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations, manage client relationships, and drive profitability across a portfolio of service accounts.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage approximately 30-40 client accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise assigned service technicians, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate technician schedules, workloads, and field operations to maximize efficiency and billable hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct job site visits to inspect equipment, evaluate performance, and ensure quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and annual evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure annual contract renewals and maintain at least a 92% retention rate of assigned accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare estimates and proposals for service projects and small equipment replacements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive project sales and meet annual sales goals of at least $450,000.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast manpower, staffing, vehicle, and workforce needs to support operational planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze budgets, profitability, workforce performance, and client feedback to improve operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business development by identifying new opportunities and generating qualified sales leads.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You'll Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Service Technician
 </li>
 <li>
 Service Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Sales Representative
 </li>
 <li>
 Operations Manager
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Experience managing commercial accounts in commercial, educational, governmental, or industrial environments preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of HVAC and/or building service operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership experience managing technicians or service teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build strong client relationships and lead customer-facing discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professionalism, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
