You&rsquo;ll capture the essence of our events, interviews, and community initiatives&mdash;creating high-quality video and photo content that amplifies our stories and deepens our impact.We are seeking talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and possess a diverse skill set in photography, videography, and post-production. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in capturing stunning images but also skilled in editing and enhancing visuals to create compelling content across various platforms.Duties<ul><li>Capture high-quality photograph or video content for various Foundation projects, including in-person events, interviews, portraits, and editorial work.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One for photo editing and manipulation to achieve desired aesthetics.</li><li>Collaborate with organization partners and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results that align with their vision.</li><li>Manage color theory and color management processes to ensure consistency across all visual content.</li><li>Engage in post-production tasks, including video editing using Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, to create engaging video content.</li><li>Edit and deliver polished video/photo content for use across social media, website, and promotional materials</li><li>Conduct filming sessions for promotional videos or other multimedia projects as needed.</li><li>Assist with social media management by creating visually appealing content tailored for various platforms to enhance brand presence.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Photographer or Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across different styles and mediums.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.</li><li>Solid understanding of photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera settings.</li><li>Experience in video production and post-production processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, color management, and color theory.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.</li><li>A background in journalism or social media management is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
