Position Summary: 
The Concierge provides customer service and reception to residents and families, primarily focused in front lobby area, in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standard. Reports to the Business Office Manager.
 
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)</li>
<li>Must demonstrate proficiency with office machines (i.e., fax, copier/scanner)</li>
</ul>
Primary Job Responsibilities: 
Greeter Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates excellent customer service , including telephone etiquette skills</li>
<li>Serves as community's first greeter to all guests, visitors, residents and families entering front lobby</li>
<li>Creates and maintains a positive atmosphere of warmth and hospitality</li>
<li>Interacts with all individuals professionally and courteously</li>
<li>Directs concerns from individuals to appropriate manager</li>
<li>Screens visitors entering the community</li>
<li>Assists with keeping front lobby and workrooms neat, clean and presentable</li>
<li>Closely observes lobby activity and reports unauthorized visitors or concerns</li>
<li>Keeps front lobby entrance flowing and welcoming</li>
<li>Keeps bell cart clean and polishes weekly</li>
</ul>
Administrative Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Provides accurate, reliable clerical support (i.e., typing, filing, photocopies, fax, data entry, etc.)</li>
<li>Receives, sorts and distributes mail</li>
<li>Delivers packages to appropriate person/department following community policy</li>
<li>Makes accurate, timely entries into Events Log</li>
<li>Maintains lists (i.e., resident directory, door check sheets, associate phone list, call in sheets)</li>
<li>Enters resident maintenance requests in TELs system</li>
<li>Maintains guest room reservations, charges and payments accurately while keeping Housekeeping informed</li>
<li>Oversees resident check in system (i.e., educates new residents, invites participation, maintains weekly list for security)</li>
</ul>
Sales / Marketing Support: 
<ul>
<li>Regularly utilizes Front Desk Inquiry Connection Sheets for incoming inquiry calls for prospective residents</li>
<li>Communicates with sales team and back up sales team so inquiry calls are handled timely</li>
<li>Assists with Electronic Heath Record (EHR) system as requested</li>
</ul>
