 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate the direction and daily activities of maintenance staff on all shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and develop automation projects in all productive areas with a focus on continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage an effective Total Productive Maintenance program throughout the facility in order to improve capacity utilization and productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a safe and healthful work environment by ensuring proper safety training, regular safety communications and meetings with area associates, and compliance to EHS requirements.
 </li>
