 Our client is one of the largest window and door dealers in Colorado, backed by a national, multibillion-dollar organization, and they are committed to investing in the growth of the company. We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations for Colorado Springs &mdash; receiving, inventory, staging, order fulfillment, and coordination with our in-house delivery fleet. This leader will drive accuracy, efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast-moving building products environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop warehouse staff; handle scheduling, training, and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and an organized warehouse layout
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use (forklifts, material handling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate outbound deliveries with CDL drivers and production scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve processes, track KPIs, and report operational performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5+ years warehouse leadership experience (building materials or millwork a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong inventory, logistics, and team management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with heavy products (doors, windows, hardware)
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift experience/certification; strong safety mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a clean, organized operation
 </li>
