We are looking for an experienced HR leader to join our team as the Human Resource Manager.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Summary</h3>
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting a positive, high-performance workplace culture. This role partners closely with facility leadership to oversee hiring and onboarding, manage employee relations, staffing support, regulatory compliance, and workforce development in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelors degree preferred.</li><li>
Emphasis in human resources management preferred.</li><li>
One year of prior human resources or employee training and development experience preferred.</li></ul>
Salary/ Wage Range
$32.00 - $37.00 / hour
Compensation for this role is determined by several factors, including a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may vary outside of the listed salary range.
