Overview:

The Spa Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/groups to positively impact spa revenues.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for financial and operational success of the Spa, Salon, Retail, Fitness Center and Pool.</li><li>
Monitor and aggressively affect revenue goals.</li><li>
Analyze customer service strengths and weaknesses and develop plans as needed.</li><li>
Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of service and staff activities.</li><li>
Develop and update department rules, regulations and policies.</li><li>
Responsibility for fiscal and budgetary management.</li><li>
Develop, coordinate and operate service programs.</li><li>
Interact with guests in a friendly, service oriented manner.</li><li>
Develop and implement short and long range goals and objectives.</li><li>
Promote sales of treatments.</li><li>
Keep an accurate record of professional invoices by department; maintaining or creating savings for budget goals.</li><li>
Ensure equipment in departments is in working order.</li><li>
Effectively communicate to staff all aspects of spa and hotel business.</li><li>
To maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Women&rsquo;s and Men&rsquo;s spa.</li><li>
Maintain open communication with staff including being receptive to personal feedback from staff.</li><li>
Create a positive, fun, management friendly action oriented image with staff.</li><li>
Enforcing positive praise and recognition as a means to make change.</li><li>
Timely train and provide continuing education for staff.</li><li>
Responsible for keeping staff well trained in sales techniques and treatments.</li><li>
Other duties/tasks as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Preferable two years of leadership experience in a spa setting.</li><li>
Previous spa and/or hotel experience preferred.</li><li>
Three years customer service related experience required.</li><li>
Friendly, energetic, dependable and customer oriented.</li><li>
Must be very detail oriented.</li><li>
Ability to work with a variety of staff and management in a cooperative manner.</li><li>
Skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul></div>
