Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects</li><li>Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean</li><li>Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans</li><li>Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients</li><li>Communications - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal team members and external entities including the contracting agency, owner and key stakeholders</li><li>Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.</li><li>Fulfills project requirements on time by training and guiding operators.</li><li>Prepare reports as required</li><li>Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise</li></ul>Desired Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar</li><li>Additional certificates or licenses preferred but not mandatory</li><li>Good project management skills</li><li>Two-wheeler and driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>1-2 years experience in Construction field</li></ul>Preferably located in Ernakulam areaJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving Licence (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
