Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision &mdash; built with clarity, intent, and quality.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervising and monitoring site labour and subcontractors (as applicable to each project).</li><li>Coordinate and organize materials, ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.</li><li>Review and approve technical drawings and engineering plans.</li><li>Prepare work schedules and effectively communicate any changes to the team and clients.</li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as contracting agencies, owners, and other key parties.</li><li>Ensure compliance with construction specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations by monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, and verifying measurements and placements.</li><li>Support timely project completion by guiding and training site operators and workers.</li><li>Prepare necessary reports and documentation as required.</li><li>Identify and resolve unexpected technical issues or challenges during project execution.</li></ul>Desired Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.</li><li>Additional certifications or licenses are preferable but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction field.</li><li>Candidates preferably based in the Ernakulam area.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 2 Wheeler?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving Licence (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
