If you are looking for a permanent stable job this is it.Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 year litigation experience required</li><li>Experience in personal injury preferred.</li><li>Must have experience in drafting legal documents including complaints and all discovery documents</li><li>Conduct legal research</li><li>Prepare Interrogatories and draft responses.</li><li>E-File in state and federal court</li><li>Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems preferred.
