Job Title: Key Accounts Manager &ndash; Hospitality Location: Thane, Maharashtra Property: The Byke Suraj PlazaOverviewThe Byke Suraj Plaza, a leading name in the mid&#8209;premium hospitality segment, seeks an experienced and dynamic Key Accounts Manager to strengthen relationships with corporate and institutional clients, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across all key accounts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and travel trade partners.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and formulate account&#8209;specific strategies to maximize revenue.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design customized packages and promotional activities.</li><li>Conduct regular account reviews to analyze performance, forecast trends, and identify improvement areas.</li><li>Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments to meet service expectations.</li><li>Close monitoring of competitor activities within the local market and suggest proactive business strategies.</li><li>Manage account negotiations, renewals, and long&#8209;term agreements.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company objectives.</li><li>Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Graduate or postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in key account or corporate sales roles.</li><li>Proven experience working within the Thane/Mumbai hospitality market is desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Sales strategy and business development</li><li>Negotiation and presentation ability</li><li>Market intelligence and networking</li><li>Result orientation and team collaboration</li></ul>Employment TypeFull&#8209;time, on&#8209;site at The Byke Suraj Plaza, Thane.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
