Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.</li><li>Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.</li></ul>2. Employee Records &amp; HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee files (personal data, contracts, attendance, leave records).</li><li>Update HR databases and HRMS systems.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, relieving).</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Attendance Support<ul><li>Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.</li><li>Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and absenteeism.</li><li>Resolve payroll-related employee queries.</li></ul>4.
