Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Front -End Website Development: Drive continuous improvement of website design and functionality using user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Works closely with (Back-End or Solutions) Developer to implement best practices for a full ecommerce website.</li><li>
Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences. Follow offline brand standards while enhancing their performance for the online experience.</li><li>
Asset Management: Be the conduit for our distributor partners to access product assets. Assist with the development of a CMS/PIM system to manage and share those assets.</li><li>
Research and Testing: Conduct user and industry research, usability tests, and QA testing to inform and evaluate design solutions.</li><li>
Digital Marketing: Develop, manage and report on performance of SEO strategies/search optimization, lead development efforts, and PPC campaigns.</li><li>
Email Campaigns: Design engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp, assisting the email program owner to grow the email file through marketing automation.</li><li>
ERP/CRM/DAM Integration: Collaborate with developers, and marketing, sales, HR, and engineering teams to integrate CRM/ERP/DAM/recruitment systems and manage data for personalized user experiences.</li><li>
Performance Analysis: Generate and analyze monthly reports on website performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in e-commerce or manufacturing.</li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Proficiency in web development technologies (.NET, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).</li><li>
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.</li><li>
Expertise in SEO best practices and tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Familiarity with Google Analytics and accessibility standards.</li></ul></li></ul></div>

UIUX DESIGNER

<div>Video Production &amp; Multimedia Internship
Overview 
 This internship plays a key role in helping the organization grow revenue and strengthen brand presence by producing high‑quality video content and supporting multimedia projects across digital and print channels. This role will be on site at the Beloit office.
Primary Responsibilities
Video Production<ul><li>
Takes and edits video for key product‑in‑use scenarios, marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.</li><li>
Supports the development of video concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual sequences in collaboration with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer and Marketing Director.</li><li>
Ensures all video content aligns with brand standards, organizational messaging, and audience expectations.</li><li>
Assists in capturing photos and other visual media to support video storytelling needs.</li><li>
Organizes and manages video files, footage libraries, and version control.</li></ul> 
Visual &amp; Multimedia Design<ul><li>
Assists the Graphic Designer with the production of multimedia assets including website graphics, social media content, email promotional creative, catalogs, trade show materials, banner ads, and print advertising.</li><li>
Creates marketing materials that speak to target audiences in an effective, engaging way.</li><li>
Helps identify KeyShot image needs and facilitates the process of acquiring new 3D/visual assets.</li></ul> 
Marketing Collaboration<ul><li>
Works with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Director to translate marketing requirements into compelling visual and video campaigns.</li><li>
Supports graphic needs for internal communications and company events.</li><li>
Assesses current competitor video and visual offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.</li></ul> 
Minimum Education
Recent graduate of, or currently enrolled in, a program related to multimedia production, video editing, graphic design, digital media, or a similar field.
Minimum Work Experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and visual storytelling. Portfolio should showcase how multimedia solutions support business or communication objectives.
Minimum Skill Requirements<ul><li>
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).</li><li>
Understanding of multimedia, print, and digital design principles.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Ability to present creative work to the marketing team and company leadership.</li><li>
Photography experience is a plus.</li></ul></div>
