<ul><li>Create and manage marketing and advertising campaigns (flyers, newsletters, ads, etc.).</li><li>Increase brand awareness and team visibility online.</li><li>Ensure all materials follow Campos Team brand standards.</li><li>Manage the marketing budget. Manage all social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and other platforms</li><li>Schedule and maintain consistent social media content.</li><li>Engage with online audiences and potential clients.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.</li><li>Welcome new followers and potential clients.</li><li>Share client success stories and testimonials.</li><li>Record, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).</li><li>Integrate written, graphic, and video content into marketing.</li><li>Create letters, flyers, and marketing materials for neighborhoods and FSBO leads</li><li>Request Google and social media reviews from clients.</li><li>Track performance data and lead generation spreadsheets.</li><li>Create drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated follow-ups through CRM/email.</li><li>Order and manage signs, lockboxes, riders, and business cards.</li><li>Answer emails, phone calls, and general inquiries.</li><li>Set up team meetings and presentations.</li><li>Help plan, attend, record, and promote open houses.</li><li>Plan team and community events.</li><li>Manage KW Command / CRM systems.</li><li>Support Transaction Coordinator or Office Manager when needed.</li><li>Input and edit listings on MLS, Flex, and other platforms.</li><li>Identify new marketing opportunities.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
