Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our team in a wine lounge setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and guest service, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for having a knowledge of wine, maintaining the bar area, making small bites and charcuterie and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to continue work while having fun!Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve wine and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.</li><li>Prepare and serve small bites and charcuterie.</li><li>Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.</li><li>Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.</li><li>Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, performing basic math calculations as necessary.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Experience in the food industry, particularly in a wine lounge, bartending or nightclub environment.</li><li>Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Basic culinary knowledge to assist with food pairings and menu recommendations.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.</li><li>A passion for nightlife culture and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.</li></ul>Join our team as a server/bartender where your skills will shine in an exciting atmosphere!Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
