 Content Creator (Social Media Specialist)
 
 position to support our
 
 Honda, Volkswagen, and Genesis
 
 dealerships in
 
 Irvine, CA
 
 . This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow our social presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable being onsite capturing real-time content across showroom, service, and team environments. You&rsquo;ll help tell the story of our people, our vehicles, and the customer experience&mdash;bringing each brand&rsquo;s personality to life through engaging content.
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create compelling visual content by capturing high-quality photos and videos of vehicle inventory, dealership events, and customer experiences&mdash;optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily social media presence across all platforms, including maintaining a consistent posting schedule, monitoring and responding to comments/messages, and developing creative concepts for reels, stories, and video campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across Honda, Volkswagen, and Genesis by aligning content with brand guidelines while preserving a distinct voice and visual identity for each dealership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and optimize performance by analyzing engagement metrics, staying current on social media trends and algorithm updates, and adjusting strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Service teams to develop monthly content calendars, coordinate vehicle availability for content shoots, and highlight promotions, events, and customer milestones.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience managing social media business accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or YouTube), with demonstrated growth in engagement and audience reach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing original photo and video work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions, respond professionally to customer inquiries, and adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid California driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in smartphone photography/videography and mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VSCO, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple brands, content calendars, and deadlines simultaneously.
