<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a Hospice 7on7off RN, you&rsquo;ll provide high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in their homes and facilities throughout your assigned territory. This role requires autonomy, sound judgment, and a heart for service.
You will:<ul><li>
Deliver direct nursing care and symptom management to hospice patients.</li><li>
Conduct assessments to monitor comfort, safety, and changing needs.</li><li>
Educate and support families, empowering them to provide care with confidence.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to coordinate holistic care.</li><li>
Serve as primary on-call RN during your working week and ensure timely response to patient needs.</li><li>
Complete thorough and timely documentation in accordance with agency policy.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred, hospice or home health a plus.</li><li>
Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work independently.</li><li>
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.</li><li>
Current CPR certification, valid driver&rsquo;s license, automobile insurance, and TB testing per policy.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
