<div>This position is responsible for packaging and/or product inspection to ensure smooth production flow as well as daily analysis of pending inbound/outbound order in partnership with others. May also assist in the planning, preparing, issuing and control of production schedules and material requirements. Ensures a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements/goals in addition to other various clerical duties. 
Summary of Responsibility:<ul><li>
Meet daily production goals</li><li>
Meet/maintain safety standards for the work area and machinery in operation</li><li>
Meet established quality standards and time requirements/demands</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work area</li><li>
Compiles planning information daily while also monitoring daily reports and reacts as needed to that information</li><li>
Creates daily plans and end of shift reports</li><li>
Plans and monitors daily inbound/outbound loads.</li><li>
Work with inventory to ensure accurate receipts</li><li>
Notify departments/managers of discrepancies</li><li>
Resolves problems by collecting and analyzing information and coordinating solutions with departments/managers</li><li>
Prepares work area with the necessary items to ensure efficient and accurate process flow</li><li>
Assist in warehouse areas as needed</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work area by supporting 5S activities</li><li>
Other assigned duties</li></ul>
Required:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).</li><li>
1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.</li><li>
Ability to meet established production, quality, and safety standards.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging, product inspection, and clerical tasks.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of inventory control, order processing, or scheduling functions.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar systems for daily reporting.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to handle calls/inquiries professionally.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.</li><li>
Ability to lift [insert weight here&mdash;commonly 25&ndash;50 lbs depending on your facility] and stand/walk for extended periods.</li><li>
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and 5S-compliant work area.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating inbound/outbound loads.</li><li>
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of 5S or other continuous improvement practices.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or production issues.</li><li>
Prior experience generating daily/shift reports and analyzing operational data.</li></ul></div>
