Essential duties include:
<ul><li>Supervise patient care</li>
<li>Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care</li>
<li>Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission</li>
<li>Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed</li>
<li>Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year Home Health experience as an RN</li>
<li>Current CPR Certification</li>
<li>Compassionate and great time management skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility</li>
</ul>
